360Health Pharmacy & Wellness

What is 360Health?

360Health is a Pharmacy & Wellness platform that you can access anytime, anywhere. With 360Health, you can manage your prescriptions, request refills, and book appointments with your pharmacist.

How do I access 360Health?

Access 360Health in your Sobeys, Safeway, or FreshCo apps. You can also visit us on the web via your desktop or mobile browser, or by downloading the 360Health mobile app via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Can I link my existing Sobeys Pharmacy, Pharmacy at Safeway, Thrifty Foods Pharmacy, FreshCo Pharmacy, Chalo FreshCo Pharmacy, Foodland Pharmacy, or Lawtons Drugs profile to 360Health?

Yes. To get the most out of 360Health, we recommend you link your profile at your pharmacy to your 360Health account. Visit our page to learn how to do this.

Is 360Health a paid service?

360Health is a complimentary service and there is no fee to create an account.

Do I need insurance coverage to use 360Health's digital pharmacy services?

You do not need insurance coverage to use 360Health.

How will my information be stored and protected?

Your information is stored in accordance with Canadian privacy regulations. To ensure your personal health information is protected we have added two-factor authentication to the login process. You may review our full privacy policy here - look for the heading “Your Personal Health Information”.

How do I delete my 360Health account?

You can request to have your account deleted through your Account Settings page in your 360Health profile. However, any records pertaining to your health care will be maintained at the pharmacy for the regulated period of time.


What are 360Health’s prescription services?

With 360Health, you can submit new prescriptions to be filled*, request refills, and link profiles of family members to manage all your prescriptions in one place. Additionally, you can update your profile, add insurance providers, and print documents for tax-filing purposes.
*Due to provincial regulations, new prescriptions cannot be submitted online in AB, SK, MB and NL.

How do I transfer a prescription?

To transfer a prescription, navigate to our transfer prescriptions page.
*By law not all prescriptions are transferable

Can I request a prescription refill without a 360Health account?

Yes. You can submit a new prescription (in some provinces), request a refill, or transfer your prescriptions without a 360Health account using our guest functionality. You may still request refills by phone and in-person at our pharmacies.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my medication?

Please direct questions about your medication to your pharmacy team.

When will my prescription be ready for pickup?

You can request pickup times in your 360Health account during the checkout process.

How do I pay for my prescription?

Payment for your prescription order can be made at the pharmacy. Coming soon, you will be able to complete payment for your prescription order through 360Health.


How do I book an appointment with my pharmacist using 360Health?

You can book an appointment for minor illness assessment, immunizations, medication reviews or other services by selecting the Book an Appointment button on this site or in your app.
